These Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (or the entity you represent)” “You”, “Your”) and Weltrix RDS Pvt. Ltd. collectively referred to as “Weltrix”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).

This Agreement governs your access to and use of our website and any pages, features, and content made available through it (the “Site”). These Terms apply to all visitors who access, browse, or use the Site.

By accessing or using our website, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and (each as updated from time to time), which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement. (a) Obtaining internet connectivity;

(b) Procuring compatible devices and software;

(c) Ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws.

2.4 All use of our Site by Visitor shall be in compliance at all times with applicable law.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.2 Each Visitor further agrees not to introduce any harmful or malicious code in connection with its access of the Site or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

3.3 Weltrix may, in its sole discretion, terminate any Visitor’s access or deny any Visitor access to our Site for any or no reason. Weltrix has no obligation to make any Content available to any Visitor whose access is terminated.

4.2 IN NO EVENT WILL WELTRIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, LOST PROFIT OR LOST REVENUE DAMAGES HEREUNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT. IN NO EVENT WILL WELTRIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST DATA OR CONTENT ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE. WELTRIX’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY VISITOR OF THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, THE USE OF THE SITE, OR ANY CONTENT, SHALL IN THE CASE OF A VISITOR NO EVENT EXCEED INR 100.

(a) Use of such applications is subject to their own term;

(b) We are not liable for third-party applications and may disable them at any time.

Weltrix reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any claim subject to the indemnification obligation set forth herein and no indemnifying party may settle any claim without Weltrix’s prior written consent.

WELTRIX DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE.  Weltrix does not warrant or represent that the access of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. All right, title and interest in and to the Site are owned exclusively by Weltrix. All rights in and to the Site are reserved by Weltrix. Visitors may not use the Site except as expressly permitted in writing by Weltrix. 12. Assignment

Weltrix may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms and conditions to any of its affiliates or any third party at any time.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in Bengaluru, India. Claims must be initiated within 30 days of the cause of action.

15. Grievance Redressal

Visitors have the provision to address complaints to the designated Grievance Officer provided by Weltrix, ensuring timely resolution as per the applicable law and company guidelines. The details of the Grievance officer are as follows:
